Scope of This Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for our memberships, courses and private coaching programs. The specific terms shown at the time of your purchase, or in a signed enrollment agreement, are the terms that apply to that purchase. Where this policy and those terms differ, the purchase terms or enrollment agreement govern.

Part One: Memberships

Recurring Membership Billing

Memberships are subscriptions. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year, using the payment method on file, until they are cancelled. The price and billing interval are shown before you confirm, and your receipt and renewal date are available in your member dashboard.

Cancelling a Membership

You can cancel at any time from the membership section of your member dashboard, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Membership fees already paid are not refunded.

Part Two: Private Coaching Programs (including Build the Vision)

A Committed Program, Not a Subscription

Private coaching programs, including Build the Vision — Understanding the Business of Business, are fixed-length programs. Because enrollment is limited and each client's sessions are reserved specifically for them, a coaching program cannot be cancelled at any time the way a membership can. Each client signs an enrollment agreement before the program begins.

Payment Options

Clients may pay in full before the first session, or choose a monthly payment option. The monthly option is a commitment to the full program: all monthly payments remain due for the length of the program, whether or not every session is attended.

Refunds for Coaching Programs

  • Within 3 days of enrollment: If you cancel in writing within 3 days of enrolling, and before your first session, you will receive a full refund.
  • After the first session or after 3 days: Payments are non-refundable, and any remaining monthly payments remain due.
  • Hardship: In cases of serious illness, a family emergency or another genuine hardship, please contact us. We will review your situation personally and may, at our discretion, offer a pause, a transfer to a later start date, or a partial credit.

Sessions, Rescheduling and Program Length

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
  • Rescheduled sessions must take place within the program term.
  • The program does not extend past its end date. Sessions not used by the end date expire and are not refunded.

Missed or Late Monthly Payments

If a monthly payment does not go through, sessions are paused until the payment is received. The program end date does not change during a pause.

Part Three: Payments and Disputes

Failed Payments

If a membership or program payment does not go through, you will receive a notice and we will attempt the charge again before access or sessions are affected.

Questions About a Charge

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. Most billing matters are resolved quickly and directly. Please include your account email and the date of the charge so we can look into it properly.
