Develop the Character. Understand the Business. Activate the Vision.

Your Vision Deserves More Than a Course.
It Deserves Personal Mentorship.

God may have given you the vision, but building a successful business requires more than inspiration, determination, and a good idea. It requires spiritual maturity, entrepreneurial thinking, operational knowledge, financial understanding, and the confidence to lead.

Welcome to Build the Vision — Understanding the Business of Business, a six-month, faith-centered, boutique mentorship and business coaching experience designed to help aspiring and emerging entrepreneurs transition from an employee mindset into the thinking, leadership, and decision-making responsibilities of a CEO and Founder.

At Kingdom Entrepreneur Hub, we believe that building a business is not simply about generating income. It is about developing the person entrusted with the vision.

That is why our approach is different.

You are not another student in a crowded classroom. You are an individual with a unique vision, a unique learning style, and a unique purpose.

Through private, one-on-one mentorship with Minister Alberta McKinney, you receive personalized instruction designed around your individual learning needs, business goals, questions, and level of understanding.

You are not expected to watch endless videos, complete generic handouts, or figure out complicated business concepts on your own. Instead, we walk through the learning process together.

Your questions are welcomed. Your understanding matters. Your progress is personal.

Our goal is not simply for you to complete a course. Our goal is to equip you to understand the business you are building, make informed decisions, operate with integrity, and confidently step into your responsibility as its CEO and Founder.

Two Foundations. One Transformative Experience.

Build the Vision brings together two essential areas of development

Part One

The Spiritual Foundation

Developing the character and nature of The Most High God through the nine characteristics of the Fruit of the Spirit, followed by understanding and activating the Favor of God in your life.

Part Two

The Entrepreneurial Foundation

Understanding the Business of Business through CEO mindset development, business operations, sales and marketing, and financial management.

These two foundations work together to prepare you to build a business that reflects your values, serves others with excellence, and operates with wisdom, discipline, accountability, and integrity.

Part One: Building the Spiritual Foundation

The Ministry of the Fruit of the Spirit

Developing the Character Before Building the Business

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.”Galatians 5:22–23 (KJV)

Business leadership begins with personal leadership.

Before we can effectively lead a company, manage money, serve customers, or influence others, we must first develop the character that governs our thoughts, attitudes, choices, and actions.

As the Orator of The Ministry of the Fruit of the Spirit, Minister Alberta McKinney teaches the nine spiritual characteristics that reveal the nature of God and establish the foundation for a life governed by His Word.

Throughout this spiritual journey, you will study and gain a deeper understanding of:

1

Love

The Foundation of Kingdom Power and Authority

Learning to lead, serve, and make decisions with genuine love and concern for others.

2

Joy

Spiritual Strength Beyond Circumstances

Developing inner strength and stability that are not controlled by changing circumstances.

3

Peace

The Government of Christ Within You

Learning to approach challenges, pressure, and business decisions with spiritual confidence and a settled mind.

4

Longsuffering

Spirit-Empowered Mature Endurance Under Pressure

Developing the patience and perseverance necessary to remain faithful through challenges, delays, and difficult seasons.

5

Gentleness

Strength Governed by the Spirit

Practicing kindness, compassion, and grace in relationships, communication, and leadership.

6

Goodness

Integrity That Reflects the Moral Beauty of God

Building honesty, upright character, ethical behavior, and a genuine commitment to doing what is right.

7

Faith & Faithfulness

Agreement With God Above All Else

Strengthening your trust in God and developing consistency, reliability, and commitment in your responsibilities.

8

Meekness

Spiritual Humility With Authority

Understanding how to exercise leadership and authority without pride, intimidation, or self-promotion.

9

Temperance

Spirit-Governed Discipline and Self-Control

Developing the discipline to manage emotions, decisions, finances, relationships, and responsibilities wisely.

Why does this matter in business?

Because your character influences how you handle customers, business partners, financial challenges, success, disappointment, and opportunity.

A business can have excellent products and attractive marketing, but without integrity, discipline, and sound leadership, its foundation is vulnerable.

We are not developing business owners who simply know how to make money. We are developing entrepreneurs whose character reflects the Kingdom they represent.

The Second Spiritual Emphasis

Activating the Favor of God in Your Life

This teaching explores what the Favor of God is, its biblical foundation, and why understanding His Favor is an essential part of your spiritual journey.

You will explore how God's Favor relates to your relationship with Him, your obedience, your character, your stewardship, and the responsibilities He has entrusted to you.

Through biblical instruction and personal reflection, you will develop a clearer understanding of how to recognize God's Favor, respond to His direction, and align your daily life with His principles.

This teaching is not about treating God's Favor as a formula for guaranteed financial success. It is about cultivating a life that honors Him and learning to recognize His grace, guidance, and provision as you fulfill your assignment.

The goal is to become spiritually equipped to carry the vision with wisdom, humility, faith, and responsibility.

Part Two

Understanding the Business of Business

From Employee Mindset to CEO and Founder

Being skilled at your profession and knowing how to operate a business are two different things.

You may be an outstanding employee, talented professional, gifted creator, or experienced service provider. But entrepreneurship requires an entirely different level of thinking.

As an EmployeeYou may have been responsible for completing assigned tasks.
As the CEO & FounderYou become responsible for understanding how the entire business functions.

You must learn how to establish the business structure, manage daily operations, attract customers, generate revenue, monitor expenses, make financial decisions, and plan for sustainable growth.

This is where many aspiring entrepreneurs discover that passion alone is not enough.

Understanding the Business of Business teaches you what happens behind the scenes of a business — the essential knowledge every entrepreneur needs but may never have been taught.

01
Training Focus One

Business Operations

Understanding What Happens Behind the Scenes

Before you focus on making sales, you must understand how your business will operate.

You will receive personalized coaching on the operational foundation of your business, including business structure, administrative responsibilities, workflows, customer service processes, recordkeeping, tools, systems, and day-to-day management.

You will learn to view the business as a connected operation rather than a collection of unrelated tasks.

Your goal: To understand the operational responsibilities of business ownership and begin building dependable systems that support efficiency, professionalism, and future growth.
02
Training Focus Two

Sales and Marketing

Understanding How Your Business Attracts Customers and Generates Revenue

A business must know who it serves, what problem it solves, how to communicate its value, and how to turn interest into paying customers.

You will learn the essential differences between marketing and sales, how they work together, and how to develop strategies appropriate for your individual business.

Training will address your target audience, business positioning, value proposition, customer relationships, marketing communication, sales conversations, pricing considerations, and customer experience.

The goal is to help you develop a clear strategy rather than simply following trends or copying what other businesses are doing.

You will also explore how modern digital tools and responsible AI applications can support your business where appropriate, without replacing your judgment, integrity, or authentic business voice.

Your goal: To understand how your business reaches its ideal customers, communicates its value, and creates opportunities to earn revenue through ethical, intentional sales and marketing.
03
Training Focus Three

Running Your Business by the Numbers

Understanding What Your Business Must Earn to Reach Your Financial Goals

Generating sales does not automatically mean your business is profitable.

One of the most important responsibilities of a CEO is understanding the financial numbers behind the business.

During this training, you will learn how to work backward from your desired net financial goal to determine what your business needs to generate in revenue after accounting for its expenses.

We will examine operating costs, marketing expenses, technology costs, professional services, cost of delivering products or services, and other relevant financial obligations.

You will develop a practical understanding of revenue, expenses, profit, cash flow, pricing, and financial targets.

The essential question becomes:

How much revenue must my business generate to cover its expenses and reach the financial goal I have established?

You will learn to calculate that target using the actual numbers and financial assumptions relevant to your business.

Your goal: To move beyond guessing about financial success and begin making decisions supported by a clearer understanding of your numbers.

Because a Kingdom entrepreneur should strive to be not only spiritually grounded, but also financially responsible and an excellent steward of entrusted resources.

Why Private Boutique Coaching Matters

You Deserve to Understand What You Are Learning

Today's business environment requires entrepreneurs to understand technology, business operations, digital marketing, financial decisions, customer expectations, and constant marketplace changes.

Information is everywhere. But access to information is not the same as understanding how to use it.

Many traditional online courses deliver standardized lessons to large numbers of students. While that approach works for some learners, others need personalized explanations, meaningful discussion, direct guidance, and opportunities to ask questions.

Build the Vision was designed for the entrepreneur who wants more than information — the entrepreneur who values personal instruction and practical understanding.

The Boutique Mentorship Difference

Your learning style matters.

Instruction is tailored to the way you best understand, process, and apply new information.

Your questions deserve answers.

You have direct access to your mentor during your private coaching experience, with opportunities to ask questions, revisit challenging concepts, and receive clarification.

Your business becomes the classroom.

Rather than working only with generic examples, we connect business principles to your actual vision, goals, challenges, and decisions.

Your progress is not measured against a crowd.

You receive individual attention and guidance appropriate to your current knowledge and development.

You receive mentorship, not just information.

The experience combines teaching, discussion, practical application, feedback, accountability, and personal encouragement.

You develop understanding, not simply complete assignments.

The objective is to help you confidently explain and apply what you are learning rather than finish a lesson without understanding its importance.

This is the value of boutique coaching: a personalized educational relationship that places your understanding, growth, and development at the center of the experience.

Your Six-Month Transformation

From Having a Vision to Understanding How to Build It

Over six months, you will receive a structured, personalized learning experience that connects spiritual growth with practical business education.

You will work toward developing:

  • A deeper understanding of the nine characteristics of the Fruit of the Spirit.

  • Greater clarity about your purpose, vision, and entrepreneurial responsibilities.
  • A stronger transition from employee thinking to CEO leadership.
  • An understanding of the behind-the-scenes operations of your business.
  • Greater confidence in your sales and marketing approach.
  • The ability to identify business expenses and calculate revenue targets based on your desired net financial goal.
  • A practical foundation for operating with integrity, discipline, stewardship, and purpose.

The outcome is more than a collection of lessons. It is a foundation of spiritual understanding, entrepreneurial knowledge, and practical skills you can continue developing long after the program ends.

Your Vision Is Personal. Your Mentorship Should Be Too.

There is a difference between being given information and being taught until you understand.

There is a difference between joining a large group and having a mentor who takes time to understand your vision.

And there is a difference between simply starting a business and developing the knowledge, character, and leadership necessary to operate one.

At Kingdom Entrepreneur Hub, we believe your vision deserves intentional preparation.

Build the Vision — Understanding the Business of Business is your opportunity to invest six months in developing the spiritual and entrepreneurial foundation necessary to approach business ownership with greater clarity and confidence.

You do not have to figure out every step alone.
